There's no substitute for good page design and excellent content if you want an audience. No amount of tinkering, aka Search Engine Optimisation, can replace that.

http://www.ataf.net/; I like travel planners. Sometimes its because I'm actually going somewhere; other times its a bit of fantasy travel. These sites vary in their usability. The ATAF site for Florence buses is pretty good though its not very forgiving of misspelt street names.
A handy tip for Florence tourists. Go left out of the train station to the Bus information booth. Pick up a route map and a Carte Agile (for 10 or 20 Euros) and go on the regular buses rather than the more expensive tour buses.
